Assistant Project Manager - TT Group Status: Full-time Location: London, with regular travel to sites nationwide Overview TT is looking for an Assistant Project Manager to join its Projects Team, working closely with Senior Project Managers to support planning, disposals, demolition, due diligence and development activity across the Development and Disposals function. This is a newly created role to support the effective delivery of a large business-critical project. The successful candidate will be RICS qualified, recently qualified, working towards or committed to APC. They will have a developing track record in residential development project support, and will work directly under Senior Project Managers as they build experience and ownership. Full support and guidance will be provided throughout. They will support the technical and construction aspects of live schemes, from tendering technical surveys through to assisting with budgets, consultants and contracts, while supporting the wider team on planning, disposals and development activity nationwide.
