Assistant Marketing Manager Location: Hayes, West LondonSalary: £40,000 £45,000 per annumHours: Monday to Friday, 9am 5pm About the role We re looking for a proactive and commercially minded Assistant Marketing Manager to join an established, premium consumer brand. Working closely with the Marketing Director, you ll help deliver multi-channel marketing campaigns that build brand awareness, engage customers and drive sales. This is a varied, hands-on role combining digital marketing, social media, influencer partnerships and retail marketing, with responsibility for managing a Marketing Executive and external agencies.About you Proven marketing experience, ideally within a consumer-facing, retail or premium brand environment. Strong hands-on social media experience and a track record of delivering engaging campaigns. Experience managing influencer relationships and campaigns. Good knowledge of digital marketing, including PPC, SEO and display. Experience working with external agencies and analysing campaign performance. Excellent communication, organisation and attention to detail. A proactive, creative approach with strong commercial awareness. A degree, CIM qualification or equivalent marketing experience. Key responsibilities Develop and deliver engaging social media content and campaigns. Manage influencer partnerships, coordinating activity and measuring results.
