Package: up to 40k inclusive of tronc on an hourly basis

We’ve got a rare opening in our flagship Covent Garden restaurant right across from the Royal Opera House. By day, it’s a vibrant lunch spot; by night, it’s alive with atmosphere.

We’re part of a Mediterranean-inspired brand serving up fresh pizza, pasta, and grill dishes with a side of sunshine. With over 30 sites already and huge expansion plans for 2026, this is the perfect time to join our journey. We’re searching for an Assistant Manager who’s not just passionate about hospitality, but also a master of organisation, the kind of person who keeps the back office running like clockwork and dives head-first into service to wow our guests.

You’ll work closely with our brilliant General Manager, getting hands on experience in every aspect of running the business, from service flow and guest experience to the behind-the-scenes systems that make everything tick.

What We’re Looking For
