As Assistant Manager , you will play a vital role in the day-to-day running of the venue. Your responsibilities will include:Leading and motivating a large front-of-house teamDelivering exceptional customer service and ensuring guest satisfactionManaging daily operations , including opening and closing proceduresConducting team briefings and communicating KPIs and targetsManaging rotas , labour costs, and shift coverSupporting with recruitment , onboarding, and trainingMonitoring food and drink quality , presentation, and portion controlOverseeing stock levels , ordering, and wastage controlSupporting marketing initiatives , events, and promotionsHandling guest complaints with professionalism and careEnsuring compliance with health and safety and food hygiene regulationsPromoting a positive, inclusive, and supportive team cultureSkills and Experience Required

To succeed in this Assistant Manager role, you will need:Previous management or supervisory experience in a busy restaurant or barStrong leadership and communication skillsA hands-on, confident, and proactive approachExcellent knowledge of food and drink , especially fresh ingredientsA solid understanding of health and safety , compliance, and operational proceduresThe ability to stay calm under pressure and manage multiple prioritiesA passion for hospitality , team development , and customer serviceCommercial awareness and a desire to grow within a forward-thinking businessWhats on Offer
