An exciting role awaits an experienced Restaurant Assistant Manager at a lively, informal and welcoming hotel restaurant on the outskirts of Coventry. We are looking for someone who has a background in Hotel or high street gastropubs or vibrant brasseries and thrives in a setting where service is fast, fun, and guest focused.

Role Responsibilities:- Lead daily operations across breakfast and lunch or afternoon tea and dinner in a fast-paced restaurant and bar.- Be hands-on in service, providing a visible and supportive presence for the team.- Drive exceptional customer experiences with friendly, professional service.- Work varied shifts, including a mix of days and evenings, without too many late finishes.

Skills and Experience Required:- Proven experience as a Restaurant Assistant Manager or Restaurant Supervisor in a high-volume hospitality venue.- Comfortable in a busy, informal setting, with a keen eye for detail and guest service- Strong knowledge of food and drink, with a passion for team development.- Excellent communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude- Ability to balance maintaining high standards with a personable approach.

Essential Requirements:- Must be UK-based or have settled status, as visa sponsorship is not available.- Previous experience in high-volume or quality hospitality settings is essential.
