This is an opportunity to join a well established hospitality business operating a boutique hotel alongside a high volume bar and restaurant, open daily for breakfast, lunch, dinner and late night service. The operation is service led, fast moving and guest focused, requiring strong floor leadership and attention to detail. The Assistant Manager plays a key role in the day to day running of the venue, leading shifts, supporting multiple departments and ensuring both guests and team members have an exceptional experience at all times. This role is suited to an experienced Assistant Manager who is confident leading from the front in a busy hospitality environment and is 100% operational.
