As an Assistant Management Accountant, you''ll play a key role in supporting the finance team by preparing reports, analysing data and assisting with month-end processes. Based in Alfreton within the industrial and manufacturing sector, this role helps ensure the smooth financial operation of the business. This is a office based position in Alfreton. Description Assist with the preparation of monthly management accounts. Prepare and analyse financial reports to support decision-making. Support the month-end and year-end close processes. Reconcile balance sheet accounts and investigate discrepancies. Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities. Provide support for audits and compliance requirements. Collaborate with other departments to gather financial data. Help improve financial processes and systems where needed. Profile A successful Assistant Management Accountant should have: Experience in accounting and finance, ideally within industrial or manufacturing.
