About this role: The Assistant IT Support Engineer will be one of the primary points of contact for our end users and take pride in delivering excellent service. They will possess excellent troubleshooting skills to enable them to identify, diagnose and resolve issues experienced by end users. You will help with hardware troubleshooting and deployments, supporting communication devices, software applications, deployment of updates. The Assistant IT Support Engineer will ensure all support calls are answered and logged efficiently in accordance with internal processes and procedures and will maintain IT asset inventories.
