Lead and develop the school’s SEND provision in line with statutory guidance and best practiceBe a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, contributing to whole-school improvementSupport staff in delivering high-quality inclusive teaching and learningWork closely with families, external agencies, and the local authorityChampion the needs of all learners, ensuring equity and excellenceWe are looking for someone who
