Working with the General Manager as your mentor in the restaurant, some of your responsibilities will include:Role modelling hospitality to our guests and team membersCommunicating and connecting with guests to ensure satisfaction at an exceptional levelImplement initiatives to increase sales and increase profitBuilding systems for your restaurant to apply to your sales and profitability goalsControlling the hiring process, including conducting interviews, onboarding, and training for multiple positionsHiring/promoting and training young and inspiring new managers coming into the system; making tough decisions to build a well rounded management teamAssist in developing Assistant Managers and Supervisors every dayStrong overlap into the kitchen and supporting the Chefs and Sous ChefsAccountability of the P and L - daily, weekly and monthlyMentoring the kitchen team and their with profitabilityHandling GM duties when he/she is not presentLeading the day to day operations under the mentorship of the GMResponsible for the profitability of the restaurant from every aspectTooling and retooling the guest service experience - ensuring the wow experience every timeBuilding business plans and executing with your leadership teamsUnderstand the ebb''s and flows of the restaurant and managing them wellEnsuring the guest service experience is 2nd to none every dayThe GM and Chef are the face of the business in the community - you will be an important piece as the #2 in commandKey Requirements

3+ years of Leadership experience in full-service restaurants or bars as a Manager at all levelsProven leadership skills: desire to develop and motivate the people around you to always be their bestEnergetic and positiveStrong patience and communication skillsDrive for continuous improvementCommitted to being inclusive and embracing diversityExperience in leadership development an assetOpportunities
