This is not a typical post-qualification role. You''ll report directly to the Finance Director, gaining exposure across financial reporting, treasury, accounts payable, FPandA, and strategic business partnering. Suited to newly qualified ACAs (up to 2 years post-qualified) from an accountancy practice with insurance industry experience. This role offers accelerated development and genuine influence in a high-growth business targeting fast growth.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare monthly management accounts (PandL, balance sheet, cash flow) and support statutory reportingOwn accounts payable operations, expense management, and supplier relationshipsMonitor cash positions across multi-currency accounts and manage treasury infrastructureProduce aged debtor reporting and support credit control processesAssist with annual budgeting, variance analysis, and KPI dashboards for underwriting profitabilitySupport underwriting teams with financial analysis and delegated authority reportingHelp implement and optimise the finance technology stack, with focus on automation and scalabilityContribute to development of finance processes and controls as the business scalesRequirementsQualified accountant (ACA) newly qualified or up to 2 ..... full job details .....
