Role Overview:To assist the Operations Manager in the operation of site contracts in line with divisional objectives and offer day-to-day client facilities management support.What you''ll do:Review and evaluate existing soft and hard services contracts, to provide KPI and SLA’sProvide day-to-day hard and soft services contract management (cleaning, vending, catering, contract management, etc.)Produce accurate contract performance reports weekly, monthly, as requestedProduce helpdesk related reportsCommunicate to client departments about completed and planned worksProvide day-to-day FM operational support to the clientClient liaison and complaint managementDeal with subcontractor and supplier inquiriesComply with any additional ad-hoc instructionsAssist with overseeing Planned Preventive Maintenance schedulingOperate as a member of the EMCOR team, leading and supporting all site-based servicesEnsure KPIs/SLAs are met and communicated to the teamPlan and coordinate team briefings and Toolbox TalksReview staffing levels and labour costs, ensuring they remain within the budgetProvide monthly operational reports including budget performanceEncourage collaboration, knowledge sharing, and best practices across site(s)Meet regularly with the client to communicate key contract issuesDeliver outputs against KPIs, aiming to improve performanceIdentify cost reduction opportunities from maintenance techniquesManage/assist in recruitment procedures, ensuring adherence to legislationAssist in the duties of the Operations Manager in their absencePerform other duties as requiredWho you''ll be:Technical Certificate or Diploma (advantageous)IOSHH or NEBOSH Qualified (advantageous)Experience producing and reviewing RAMSExperience managing complex high-value contracts with hard and soft servicesExperience using Word, Excel, CMMS, Helpdesk PackagesExcellent interpersonal and customer relationship skillsStrong communication skills, both oral and writtenAbility to handle complaints effectivelyGood planning and organisational skillsDrive and determination to meet goalsReliable and resilient under pressureUnderstanding of operational needs and commercial implicationsAdditional benefits include 25 days holidays + Bank holidays, Holiday Buy Scheme, Industry-leading Maternity and Paternity Policies, Refer a Friend scheme, GEMS recognition scheme, Flex Benefits, Bike To Work Scheme, paid volunteering days, Medicash health plan, Employee Assistance Programme, and more.At EMCOR UK, we embrace and celebrate diversity in all its forms.
