This 25-year-old traditional developer with a circa -50m turnover, has a tremendously exciting career opportunity for an Assistant Site. The business is a well-established, professional, supportive and rewarding company. Majority of the work they do is high end residential new build and refurbishment.

Project:
100 unit RC Frame residential scheme with a small commercial unit at the bottom. We need an Assistant who are looking for a long term role with progression. You will be looking after the facade and externals packages under a senior. Having externals experience on a RC Frame scheme is essential to be considered for this role.

Reporting to:
Senior Site Manager.

Typical Job Duties:
Supervising sub-contractors
Health and Safety
Quality Assurance
Site Inductions
Obtaining and giving permits

Experience and Qualifications
NEW BUILD RESIDENTIAL experience is required. CSCS, SMSTS, First aid would be helpful but not a must.
