Assistant Facade Manager

Assistant Façade Manager (Temporary) – Watford
We’re seeking an Assistant Façade Manager to join a flagship mixed-use residential development in the heart of Watford, delivering high-quality homes and commercial space across multiple blocks.
This is a temporary position, ideal for someone with experience supporting façade packages on complex, high-rise schemes. You’ll be joining a driven site team at a key stage of delivery, assisting with coordination, QA/QC, logistics, and subcontractor management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the management and installation of external façade systems (cladding, glazing, brickwork, etc.)
• Monitor progress, carry out inspections, and assist with quality control
• Liaise with subcontractors and internal teams to ensure works are delivered to programme and spec
• Assist with H&S compliance and documentation

Requirements:

• Previous experience on large-scale residential or mixed-use projects
• Strong understanding of façade systems and construction processes
• Knowledge of brickwork packages
• CSCS and SMSTS/SSSTS preferred
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
