Assistant Estimator / Assistant Quantity Surveyor
This is an ideal opportunity if you are in the early stages of your construction career and want to learn from people who genuinely know their stuff.
You will be joining a small, specialist fit-out subcontractor who specialise in drylining, working on projects ranging from -100k to -1m.
The business is led by three experienced Directors who have built their careers in drylining. They are also young enough to remember what it is like to be at the start of your career, and they will give you the hands-on support, training and exposure you need to develop quickly.
What they are looking for in return is simple: hard work, dedication and flexibility.
Because this is a small business, your role won''t fit neatly into a box. You need to be prepared to get involved, muck in and be willing to help wherever needed. You will be exposed to all areas of the business, so being adaptable, switched-on and willing to learn is important.
This isn''t an opportunity for someone who wants to sit comfortably within a very defined role. If you''re someone who wants to crack on, learn quickly and take responsibility, you will thrive here.
The benefit of working in a small business is the level of exposure you get. You will work closely with the owners and Directors, have real accountability and, as you develop, there is genuine opportunity for quick progression.
For the right person, this could be a fantastic opportunity to build a long-term career in drylining with people who are genuinely invested in helping you succeed.
Once you''ve settled in and built trust within the business, there is also flexibility around working from home. Trust comes first, and the flexibility follows.
If you''re ambitious, adaptable and willing to put the work in please apply to this advert today.-
