Assistant Director of Asset Strategy

Location: Hybrid with national remit. Contracted to nearest office (Bradford/Burnley/Camberley/Peterborough/Stockton).Salary: Circa £90k per annumContract: Permanent, 35 hours per weekAbout the Role Lead the development and delivery of asset management and sustainability strategies, ensuring homes meet regulatory standards while supporting net zero and decarbonisation ambitions. You''ll optimise asset performance, strengthen data integrity, and drive informed investment decisions aligned with customer needs.What You''ll DoDevelop and deliver asset management and sustainability strategies, including decarbonisation and energy efficiency programmesDrive net zero agenda, reduce fuel poverty, and improve EPC performanceOversee asset data integrity (stock condition surveys, Decent Homes, HHSRS, damp and mould)Lead asset option appraisals, disposals, and acquisitionsDevelop 30-year investment plan for financial planning and long-term asset performanceEnsure compliance with regulatory and statutory standardsLead procurement and contract management for quality and valueManage budgets, financial control, and forecastingBuild relationships with partners and stakeholders to maximise fundingImplement KPIs and performance frameworksLead data quality and asset intelligence initiativesAbout YouCIH Level 5 (or equivalent with CIH top-ups), or willingness to work towardsExtensive experience in strategic asset managementProven ability to lead teams delivering asset management and investment ..... full job details .....
