Assistant Director, Head of Finance and Operations £78k - £87k Membership Organisation Permanent 35 hours per week Hybrid, 1 day per week in London Altum are partnered with a medical membership organisation in recruiting for an Assistant Director, Head of Finance and Operations to join its senior leadership group. This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly respected, values-led organisation and play a key role in shaping how its resources are used to maximise impact for members and the patients and communities they serve. This is much broader than a traditional Head of Finance position. Working closely with the Director of Corporate Services and Infrastructure and the wider Leadership Team, you will provide strategic and operational leadership across finance, facilities, operations and procurement. You will also play an important role in organisation-wide transformation, ensuring the organisation remains financially and operationally sustainable. Key Responsibilities Leading the finance, facilities, operations and procurement functions, with responsibility for a team 4 (wider team of 10 in total) Acting as a strategic partner to the Director of Corporate Services and Infrastructure and wider Leadership Team Providing clear financial and operational insight, constructive challenge and recommendations to support decision-making Leading budgeting, forecasting, management reporting and wider financial planning Developing business partnering across the organisation, ..... full job details .....
