Assistant Deputy Manager

Are you an experienced care professional who is passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care? We are looking for an Assistant Deputy Manager to support the Deputy Manager with the day-to-day leadership and development of Galanos House, including residential, dementia and nursing services. You will work closely with colleagues across the home to maintain high standards, support service improvements and contribute to CQC ratings and key performance indicators.With a resident-first approach, you will help respond to enquiries, concerns, compliments and complaints, and support prospective and new residents and their families through the admission process. As part of the senior leadership team, you will help residents and relatives have a voice in how services are delivered, including supporting Resident of the Week and sharing outcomes with the Deputy Manager.
