We''re looking for a Deputy Manager to help lead our team, supporting and guiding staff to deliver outstanding, child-centred care to children and young people.About the Role As Deputy Manager, you''ll play a pivotal role in supporting the Registered Manager to run the home to the highest standards, deputising in their absence. You''ll lead and mentor Team Leaders and Residential Support Workers, help embed the home''s culture, and ensure compliance with Ofsted regulations and organisational policies.
