What you will be doing Supporting the delivery of budget, margin, and revenue targets across all FandB operations. Monitoring costs, stock, payroll, and overheads to ensure strong operational control. Completing regular food and bar stocktakes and acting on results to drive improvements. Leading, motivating, and developing your teams to deliver outstanding guest experiences. Deputising for the Complex Manager and ensuring high operational standards at all times. Maintaining a safe, secure, and compliant environment for guests and colleagues. Upholding Parkdean Resorts'' brand standards, values, and company policies. About you Experience managing teams and operations in a multi venue food and beverage environment. A strong customer focus and the ability to role model exceptional guest service. Experience recruiting, coaching, and developing teams. The ability to thrive in a fast paced, high pressure environment. Flexibility to work a mix of days, evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
