Assistant Care Manager - Domiciliary and Extra CareLocation: WirralSalary: 30,127.50 per annum ( 15.45 per hour)Hours: Monday-Friday, 37.5 hours per weekMileage AllowanceOn-call and weekend availability required when necessaryAn exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Assistant Care Manager to support the delivery of high-quality domiciliary and extra care services from a Wirral-based branch.This role would suit an experienced care professional who is ready to take the next step in their management career, supporting the Registered Care Manager with the day-to-day running of the service, team performance, compliance and service development.The role will also provide operational support to an Assisted Living Facility when required, ensuring safe, effective and person-centred care is maintained across both services.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the day-to-day management and coordination of the branchSupport the delivery of high-quality domiciliary and extra care servicesAssist with maintaining accurate records, reports and documentationManage and investigate complaints from service users and employeesSupport the recruitment, onboarding and development of care staffProduce and manage staffing rotas to meet service requirementsSupport business development and identify opportunities for service growthEnsure regulatory, operational, health and safety and compliance requirements are metParticipate in on-call duties and respond to operational issues when requiredProvide ..... full job details .....
