ASSISTANT ACCOUNTANT - SPORT (PART QUALIFIED CIMA or ACCA)Based Central London (4 days per week in office)£35,000 - £40,000 (dependent on experience) plus benefitsTEMP TO PERMSuccessful and expanding sports and entertainment business is looking for a part qualified CIMA or ACCA to work as an Assistant Accountant in their accounting team in their UK head office in Central London on a temp to perm basis.Working closely within a small team and reporting into the Financial Controller, the role of the Assistant Accountant will involve supporting the finance team in a range of management accounting and controlling tasks along with various other ad hoc responsibilities. The position offers a structured career path and will offer an increased scope of work as the individual progresses.Responsibilities for the Assistant Accountant will include:Prepare and process client invoicesInvestigate and resolve billing queriesSupport weekly Accounts Payable and trackingRun and distribute weekly AR and AP reportsCreate order numbers and customer records within SAPInvestigate and reallocate miscoded costsAd hoc financial analysisGeneral financial and business partnering tasks when requiredCandidate requirements:Part Qualified ACCA or CIMA with 2-4 years finance experienceMust have previous accounts payable and accounts receivable experienceKnowledge of SAPAbility to hit the ground runningOutgoing and enthusiasticWilling to learn and keen to develop.Organised and able to meet various ..... full job details .....
