Asset Support Officer

Goodman Masson are currently working with a Surrey social housing organisation to recruit for an interim Asset Support Officer Pay - £20 - £22 per hour INSIDE IR35 We are currently seeking an experienced Interim Asset Support Officer to join a housing organisation on a 6-9 month maternity cover contract. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in asset management administration, housing data and planned maintenance programmes to support the effective management of housing stock and the delivery of investment and improvement works. Working closely with the wider Asset Management team, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate asset records, supporting planned works programmes, producing reports and coordinating with surveyors, contractors and residents to ensure the smooth delivery of projects. Key Responsibilities Maintain and update the asset management database, ensuring property records and information remain accurate and up to date. Support the input and validation of stock condition survey data, component renewal information and compliance records. Collate and upload information from planned maintenance, investment and improvement programmes in a timely and accurate manner. Maintain accurate property records, including updates relating to acquisitions, new-build properties, disposals and Right to Buy/Right to Acquire transactions.
