Asset Strategy Manager

I am currently recruiting for an interim Asset Strategy Manager for a housing association in the West Midlands.

This is a contract role for three months, 2 days based in the office 3 days home working.

The duties will include.

• Developing asset strategy for 5-, 10-and 30-year investment programmes.
• Knowledge of planned investment. Decent homes 2 and lifecycle maintenance.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel, asset software ideally Total Mobile.
• Working in partnership with wider asset teams, housing, finance and procurement.
• Preparing reports for SMT.
