Strategy Manager - Warehousing, Fulfilment andamp; Storesandnbsp; The location of the role is Birmingham. The duration of the contract is 3-6 months. The pay rate on offer is £400 - £500 per day (via Umbrella agency). Role SummarySits within the new Business Supply Chain function and leads the Future Stores andamp; Fulfilment Operating Model review. The role defines the operating model our Business needs before long-term estate, partner or technology decisions are made, bringing together warehousing, fulfilment, staging and configuration, returns, customer, security, estate and Unity dependencies.Key accountabilities of the roleLead the Future Stores andamp; Fulfilment Operating Model review and define requirements, principles, options and recommendations.Baseline warehousing, fulfilment, staging, configuration, returns and refurbishment activity, including volumes, cost, service and risk.Identify customer, programme, security and resilience requirements.Assess internal, partner and hybrid options using operational, financial, customer, risk and implementation criteria.Translate the preferred model into clear Unity and technology requirements.Develop the decision, procurement, mobilisation, transition and implementation roadmap.Coordinate Property, Digital, Security, Procurement, Finance, Operations, Group and partner input.Identify near-term improvements that can proceed without limiting future options.Key decisions you will ownDefine the evidence and criteria required ..... full job details .....
