Your New Role As Asset Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping Croydon''s housing investment strategy. Reporting to the Head of Asset Planning and Capital Delivery, you will lead a team of Data Analysts and Stock Condition Surveyors, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of asset data and driving the development of the asset management strategy.
