Asset Manager

The Opportunity Due to growth, we are currently recruiting for an Asset Manager on behalf of a fast growing company who design, build and operate district heating networks. This work is for communities, towns, and cities. They work with local authorities, developers, house builders, and property owners. Operating for over 10 years, they have a number of offices in the UK and also overseas. Their services include the design, installation, maintenance and management of plant rooms and heat networks on behalf of local authorities and property developers. The Position As the Asset Manager you will be involved in taking a key role in the development, construction, optimisation and growth of heat network assets. You will play a key role in negotiating customer connections and overseeing and driving the performance of assets, to ensure they deliver safely, budget, on time and to meet customer service levels. Key responsibilities will include; Act as principle senior point of contact for stakeholders and contracted customers Collaborate with the Development and Connection Teams to identify growth opportunities and develop expansion strategies for the district heating network. Ensure delivery and compliance with the relevant contracts in place. Ensure regulations, and industry standards in relation to the specific assets.
