Client; We are proud to be working alongside a truly ground-breaking medical device business, who are looking to appoint a process/assembly technician.POSITION; Process/Assembly TechnicianSHIFT; Monday - Friday 8 - 4:30Hourly Rate - 13.50 - 14.50 an hour. The key responsibilities for this role are:Operate precision manufacturing equipmentPerform incoming QC (Quality Control) inspection of engineered componentsWork with cross-functional teams to support laboratory requirements and practiceProactively work with the Process Engineering team to review process documentation, and suggest areas of process improvementFollow process controls, in-line monitoring, IPQC, and metrology for QA to ensure that product and process quality specifications are metMaintain equipment and batch logbooks for productionUnderstand and follow Health, Safety, and Environmental policiesExecute experimental protocols to qualify or validate production batches or new equipmentExperience required; Experience within a production/assembly roleExperience within a quality inspection roleDesirable;Experience working with medical devicesKnowledge of metrology equiptmentIf this role is of interest then please feel free to call Adam on (phone number removed) to discuss further.
