The role will involve: Providing high levels of 1st line support to an agreed preventative maintenance plan to service and repair medical products within hospitals and ambulance services on-site.Job Purpose:To assemble medical gas control devices, components and sub-assemblies at a workstation or bench according to engineering drawings, quality standards, and production targets.Please note that the company does not offer sponsorship and therefore candidates must have the legal right to live and work in the UK to be considered for this role.Key Responsibilities:Assemble mechanical and/or electrical components using hand tools, power tools, or semi-automated equipment.Interpret and follow assembly instructions, blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.Conduct visual and functional quality checks to ensure products meet required specifications.Identify and report defects or non-conforming materials to the quality control teamMaintain accurate records of production and report completion of tasks to the team lead.Perform minor adjustments, rework, or repairs on assembled units as needed.Ensure workstation cleanliness and adhere to safety ..... full job details .....
