Hours: Monday – Thursday: 07:30 – 16:00 Friday: 07:30 – 11:30

The Role – Assembly Technician

We are currently recruiting for several Assembly Technician's to join a clean, well-organised production environment in Coventry. This position involves assembling electrical components, cutting wires, and carrying out general assembly and production duties.

The role would suit candidates who enjoy hands-on work requiring accuracy, dexterity, and attention to detail. Full training will be provided on processes and products.

Key Responsibilities 

• Assembling electrical components in line with instructions
• Cutting and preparing wires to specification
• Carrying out general assembly and production tasks
• Using small hand tools and equipment
• Following work instructions and quality standards
• Maintaining a clean and organised work area
• Checking finished products meet required specifications
• Working as part of a team to meet production targets

Candidate Requirements

• Good manual dexterity and attention to detail
• Ability to carry out repetitive, precise assembly work
• Previous assembly experience
• Experience working to automotiove techincal drawings
• Reliable and punctual with a good work ethic
• Able to follow instructions and work to quality standards
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
