You will manage a team of assemblers, ensuring safe, efficient, and high quality delivery of all production activities. This role is central to maintaining workflow, meeting output targets, and driving continuous improvement across the department.This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a hands on leadership role, enjoys problem solving, and is passionate about developing people and processes.Key Responsibilities of the Assembly Team LeaderLead, support, and develop a team of operators, including performance management and regular feedbackAllocate daily tasks and plan workloads, including smooth handovers between early and late shiftsEnsure production output is delivered on time and to the required quality standardsInvestigate and resolve issues affecting production performance, implementing corrective actionsCommunicate daily priorities and critical tasks to the Production ManagerCollaborate with engineering and operations teams to improve processes and resolve manufacturability issuesUsing ERP System Reading DrawingsBill of Materials Essential Experience and Skills2 years experience leading or supervising teams in a manufacturing or production environmentExperience working with advanced ..... full job details .....
