Assembly Operative / £12.56 Per Hour / Monday to Friday / 08:00am to 4:30pm / Temporary Ongoing Hales Group are pleased to be working with one of our valued clients in Diss to recruit an Assembly Operative for their Surface Mount Assembly Department. We are looking for a dedicated individual to join their dynamic electronics manufacturing team. The Role: You will be part of a fast-paced Surface Mount Electronics Department, where precision and quality are vital to the manufacturing process. Whether you''re an experienced professional or a trainee, our client offers full training to support your development. Knowledge and Experience (Training provided) Experience running Surface Mount Machines (Europlacer experience beneficial) Ability to read and understand assembly drawing packages Confidence in reading component markings Quality-conscious with strong attention to detail Experience with X-ray inspection and AOI is advantageous Knowledge of IPC standards Join a thriving company where attention to detail and quality workmanship are valued.
