Hales Group are pleased to be working with one of our valued clients in Diss to recruit an Assembly Operative for their Surface Mount Assembly Department. We are looking for a dedicated individual to join their dynamic electronics manufacturing team.
The Role:
You will be part of a fast-paced Surface Mount Electronics Department, where precision and quality are vital to the manufacturing process. Whether you''re an experienced professional or a trainee, our client offers full training to support your development.
Knowledge & Experience (Training provided)
- Experience running Surface Mount Machines (Europlacer experience beneficial)
- Ability to read and understand assembly drawing packages
- Confidence in reading component markings
- Quality-conscious with strong attention to detail
- Experience with X-ray inspection and AOI is advantageous
- Knowledge of IPC standards
