Assembly Operative

The Best Connection are currently seeking Assembly Operatives for our client in Mansfield who are one of the worldwide market leaders of their products in the Military/Civil Aerospace Industry! This is a temporary to permanent role, for a growing interconnect business, where the opportunities to progress are endless! Role and responsibilities: Assembling aerospace products and parts from drawings. You will be in a role that requires you to assemble small intricate parts and components, feeding wires into connectors, requiring exceptional dexterity and attention to detail. Following listed instructions/measurements carefully Working in a seated, designated area to complete orders and follow targets Usage of magnification and specialised tools to complete orders, ensuring quality and performance standards are achieved. Working hours: Monday - Friday, (Apply online only) (30 min unpaid break daily) Once trained, you may have the option to condense your hours down, for example, to enable an early finish on a Friday Pay rate: 13.38 per hour Time and a half paid after 40 hours worked The client are looking for candidates with a background within a similar role i.e. nail art, painting/drawing by numbers, building of model figures, computer/phone dismantling, sewing machine skills, etc. as well as the below skills: Good attention to detail Excellent communication skills Be able to work well under pressure Have a great attitude and work ethic Great level of English reading You ..... full job details .....
