This could be part of flow line practices or sub-assemblies for other productsCoil winding, typically for flow line type products but could include other productsPotting, typically for flow line productsFinishing of products ready for inspection and packaging to include labelling and cleaningKit picking of spares and valvesCleaning of components and assembliesBasic testing, resistance checking of coils, pre-test of sub-assemblies to defined procedures and story boardsPacking of vales and components in accordance with procedures incorporating any documentation requiredAssembly of crates for packingEnsure working area stock levels are replenished in accordance with Kanban systemsUndertaking soldering when requiredRecording accurate data using spreadsheets and official documents when requiredThe ideal Assembly Operative will: Be able to understand and follow work instructions for example procedures, story boards, schematicsGood level of manual dexterity and hand/eye coordinationPC literateHigh level of attention to detailWorking Hours: Monday to Thursday 08:00 - 16:30Friday 08:00 - 13:00Jackie Kerr Recruitment is an independent ..... full job details .....
