As an Assembly Operative, your responsibilities will include:

• Assembling and testing products in line with drawings and procedures
• Performing paint spraying and packing to customer specifications
• Maintaining quality standards and adhering to operating procedures
• Communicating effectively within the team and with the team leader
• Participating in continuous improvement activities

As an Assembly Operative, your experience will include:

• Ability to use hand tools effectively
• Good communication skills and a flexible approach
• Manual dexterity and multi-hand coordination
• Understanding of health and safety requirements
• Ability to read engineering drawings
• Prior experience in manufacturing
