Assembly / Finisher

An exciting opportunity to join an established and growing manufacturing business is seeking an Assembly / Finisher to join its production team. This is a hands-on role focused on assembling and finishing precision components to a high standard, ideal for someone with a keen eye for detail and a pride in quality workmanship.

Salary: Up to 27k
Location: UK (On-site) East Sussex
Full-Time | Permanent

The Role:

• Assemble and finish components to required specifications

• Carry out polishing, cleaning, and preparation of parts

• Work from engineering drawings and instructions

• Ensure components meet quality and finish standards

• Use a range of hand tools and finishing equipment

• Maintain accurate records and follow production processes

• Adhere to health and safety procedures at all times

Essential Requirements:

• Experience in assembly, finishing, or a manufacturing environment

• Good attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work

• Ability to follow instructions and work from drawings

• Good manual dexterity and practical skills

• Strong work ethic and reliability

Desirable:

• Experience working with precision components or engineering parts

• Background in polishing, finishing, or fabrication

• Experience in a manufacturing or workshop environment
