An exciting opportunity to join an established and growing manufacturing business is seeking an Assembly / Finisher to join its production team. This is a hands-on role focused on assembling and finishing precision components to a high standard, ideal for someone with a keen eye for detail and a pride in quality workmanship. Salary: Up to 27k Location: UK (On-site) East Sussex Full-Time Permanent The Role: Assemble and finish components to required specifications Carry out polishing, cleaning, and preparation of parts Work from engineering drawings and instructions Ensure components meet quality and finish standards Use a range of hand tools and finishing equipment Maintain accurate records and follow production processes Adhere to health and safety procedures at all times Essential Requirements: Experience in assembly, finishing, or a manufacturing environment Good attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work Ability to follow instructions and work from drawings Good manual dexterity and practical skills Strong work ethic and reliability Desirable: Experience working with precision components or engineering parts Background in polishing, finishing, or fabrication Experience in a manufacturing or workshop environment Recruited UK will make every effort to respond with feedback although this is not always possible.
