Assembly and Installation Fitter (earlys/ lates)

Why join Marshall Land Systems in this role: The Assembly and Installation Fitter is responsible for the fitting and installation of machined parts, sheet metal components and various assembled parts in accordance with engineering drawings, technical specifications and quality standards. Working on a rotating shift pattern 6am to 2:30pm and 2pm to 10:30pm as part of a multidisciplinary production team, the role ensures all assembly and installation activities are completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard, supporting the delivery of projects on time and to customer expectations. We will be holding our next assessment centres in October for start dates from November - December 2026. Your responsibilities in this role include: Assemble and install components including machined parts, brackets, and other assembled partsWork from engineering drawings, technical specifications and associated design dataEnsure all tasks are completed within allocated timeframes and to required quality standardsFollow company production processes, procedures and configuration control requirementsMaintain high standards of workmanship and attention to detailComply with all health and safety policies and proceduresIdentify and report any issues, defects or non-conformances during assemblySupport continuous improvement initiatives, including lean and 5S activitiesMaintain a clean, organised and compliant work areaEnsure tools, equipment and materials are used correctly and maintained in ..... full job details .....
