Key Responsibilities As a Field Service and Installation Technician, you will: Install, service, maintain, and repair Reval UK''s assisted bathing products at customer sites throughout the UK, predominantly within care homes. Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently and professionally. Complete service reports, installation records, and documentation accurately and within agreed timescales. Comply with all customer site procedures, including health, safety, hygiene, and safeguarding requirements. Maintain company vehicles, tools, equipment, and warehouse areas in a clean, organised, and safe condition.
