You''ll carry out routine electronic / electro-mechanical assembly on components and sub-assemblies, working to production schedules and quality standards. Tasks are standardised, but the day-to-day work may vary.Key responsibilitiesAssemble, modify, rework and re-assemble units using Operational Method Sheets, drawings, schematics, and verbal/written instructionsUse electronic assembly equipment safely and correctlyWork on semi-routine assemblies, with the ability to spot and highlight non-conformitiesCommunicate clearly and professionally with colleagues and supervisorsFollow all health and safety requirements at all timesWork in line with ISO practices and proceduresMaintain fixtures and complete calibration, preventive maintenance, and corrective maintenance where requiredSupport the training of other employees in established processes (where appropriate)Consider the impact of quality on the end customer when making decisionsOccasional travel may be requiredWhat we''re looking forMinimum 1 year''s electro-mechanical assembly experience (or equivalent)Previous soldering experienceComfortable working under limited ..... full job details .....
