The Role

This is a hands-on surveying role covering Sevenoaks, Kent and the wider South East. You’ll work across commercial buildings, construction projects, public-sector estates and a variety of other client sites.

You’ll:

• Carry out Management, Refurbishment and Demolition Surveys, plus asbestos-in-ground surveys
• Travel across Kent and the wider South East, with occasional travel further afield
• Collect accurate site data using a phablet and our award-winning NexGen reporting system
• Produce clear, high-quality survey reports
• Work in line with HSG264, HSE requirements and relevant legislation and construction regulations
• Maintain your QHSE documentation and follow internal assurance processes
• Provide clear, professional advice to clients when required
• Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues and contractors
• Deliver accurate, consistent work without taking shortcuts

About You

You understand the responsibility that comes with asbestos surveying — and you take it seriously.

You’ll ideally have:

• BOHS P402, an RSPH equivalent qualification or Certificate of Competence
• Good working knowledge of HSG264
• A full UK manual driving licence
• A base in or around Sevenoaks, Kent or the surrounding area
• Flexibility to travel across Kent, the wider South East and occasionally further afield
• Flexibility for occasional out-of-hours work
• The confidence to work independently while contributing to a wider team
• A strong work ethic and practical, professional approach
• The reliability and communication skills to build trust with clients and colleagues
