Asbestos Project Manager

Job Description Manage and deliver asbestos remedial programmes across a residential housing portfolio Plan, scope and oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring compliance, quality and budget targets are met Audit completed works to ensure compliance with asbestos regulations, health and safety and quality standards Carry out compliance survey audits and maintain accurate records Manage customer queries and complaints, providing a high standard of service Identify and report project risks, issues and lessons learned Work closely with internal teams and contractors to deliver projects efficiently Requirements BOHS P402 or P403 and P404 (or equivalent) Experience in asbestos management within housing, construction, consultancy or contractor environments Strong knowledge of asbestos legislation, CDM regulations and compliance requirements Experience managing contractors and delivering projects Excellent communication, organisation and stakeholder management skills Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office Able to work independently, prioritise workloads and meet deadlines Full UK driving licence Benefits 28 days holiday + buy/sell option Pension contributions up to 10% Retail discounts Life assurance (5נsalary) Family and parental leave Health and wellbeing support Training and development Recognition programme Free eye tests ..... full job details .....
