Electrical Project Manager

Client: Working throughout several sectors including commercial, science and health, data centres, the business has seen a significant amount of growth in the last 5 Years. With a traditional engineering mindset and reinvestment into new principals, the business expects 2026 to be a similar period of growth. After a successful year they are now looking to increase turnover to £230M, consequently they are looking to expand their operations team. Despite their size, my client are a family owned and run business and this is a trait they pride themselves on with well over 80% of their clients using them on multiple occasions because of the nature of the business. Role: Electrical Project Manager - £90,000 £110,000 + Package The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the electrical packages on a £38m commercial refurbishment. You will be reporting to a Senior PM and have a mechanical counterpart alongside you. You will be managing a team of site managers and engineers. Role/Responsibilities: Take ownership of electrical services delivery on commercial office new-build projects. Manage and coordinate the electrical design process to ensure compliant, practical, and programme-aligned solutions. Oversee budgets, procurement activities, and subcontractor performance, identifying value engineering opportunities where possible.
