Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB) Officer - HousingSurrey, South East England - Hybrid options availablePart Time, 4 days a week - 30 Hours (typically 9:00am - 5:00pm, flexible)3 Months +, Temporary, Mid-late June start CNegotiableA reputable housing organisation in Surrey is seeking an experienced ASB / Community Safety Officer to support with a complex caseload, focusing on higher-level anti-social behaviour within a community settingDuties of the ASB Officer, will include:Managing a caseload of complex and high-risk ASB cases, taking ownership from investigation through to resolutionGathering evidence, preparing case files and supporting enforcement action, including court proceedings where requiredWorking collaboratively with internal teams and partner agencies (Police, local authority, support services)Supporting and safeguarding victims, ensuring a proactive and preventative approach to ASBAttending community meetings and engage directly with residentsMaintaining accurate records using E-forms and ECINS case managementContribute to wider community safety initiatives and partnership activityKey Requirements of the ASB Officer:Proven experience in an ASB or Community Safety roleStrong knowledge of ASB legislation, housing law and enforcement tools Experience managing complex cases and preparing legal documentationSubject to completion of Basic DBS, or presentation of current DBS checkDesirable experience includes:Experience working with or enforcing Public Space Protection ..... full job details .....
