We''re looking for an experienced ASB Officer to join our team in a busy, varied and rewarding frontline role.As the first point of contact for anti-social behaviour (ASB) issues, you''ll deliver services directly to our tenants, using restorative approaches to empower individuals, resolve conflict and build stronger communities. You''ll provide expert advice on preventing and tackling anti-social behaviour while working collaboratively with residents and partner agencies to address the root causes of community safety issues.As a ASB Officer, you will:Manage anti-social behaviour cases from initial report through to resolution, ensuring timely, professional and victim-centred outcomes.Use restorative approaches to resolve conflict, repair harm and promote sustainable tenancies by identifying support needs and referring residents to appropriate partner agencies. Support victims and witnesses through safety planning, target hardening measures and referrals to specialist support services where required.Investigate complex ASB cases, gathering and recording evidence, taking witness statements and preparing detailed case files.Lead on legal action where appropriate, including injunctions, prohibited conduct standard contracts, possession proceedings and court hearings, working ..... full job details .....
