Artist Relations and Events CoordinatorWe are seeking a highly organised coordinator to support artist engagements, events and Christian partnerships across the UK.Position: Artist Relations and Events CoordinatorLocation: Milton Keynes/HybridSalary: £32,500 to £34,937 per annum, depending on experienceHours: Full-time, 36.5 hours per weekContract: Initial 12-month fixed-term contractClosing Date: 6 October 2026About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to join a Ministry Development Team and help deliver artist engagements, strategic partnerships and Christian events across the UK.Working closely with the Senior Partnerships Manager, you will provide high-quality administrative, logistical and operational support. You will coordinate UK and international artist visits, tours, workshops, church engagements and partnership events, making sure every detail is carefully planned and delivered.Key responsibilities will include:Coordinating travel, schedules, resources and communications for artist visits, tours and eventsSupporting partnerships with churches, Christian networks, festivals and other ministry organisationsMaintaining calendars, project plans, budgets, records and databasesLiaising with artists, agents, event organisers, churches, partners and internal teamsProviding practical support before and during events and engagement activitiesMonitoring deadlines, milestones and changing requirementsHelping to improve administrative systems, processes and ways of ..... full job details .....
