Artist Relations and Events Coordinator We are seeking a highly organised coordinator to support artist engagements, events and Christian partnerships across the UK. Position: Artist Relations and Events Coordinator Location: Milton Keynes/Hybrid Salary: £32,500 to £34,937 per annum, depending on experience Hours: Full-time, 36.5 hours per week Contract: Initial 12-month fixed-term contract Closing Date: 6 October 2026 About the Role This is an exciting opportunity to join a Ministry Development Team and help deliver artist engagements, strategic partnerships and Christian events across the UK. Working closely with the Senior Partnerships Manager, you will provide high-quality administrative, logistical and operational support. You will coordinate UK and international artist visits, tours, workshops, church engagements and partnership events, making sure every detail is carefully planned and delivered. Key responsibilities will include: Coordinating travel, schedules, resources and communications for artist visits, tours and events Supporting partnerships with churches, Christian networks, festivals and other ministry organisations Maintaining calendars, project plans, budgets, records and databases Liaising with artists, agents, event organisers, churches, partners and internal teams Providing practical support before and during events and engagement activities Monitoring deadlines, milestones and changing requirements Helping to improve administrative systems, processes ..... full job details .....
