Job Role:

Teaching Art to students with SEMH needs.
Planning and delivering engaging Art lessons for small classes.
Adapting Art lessons to meet the individual needs and abilities of students.
Working closely with an outstanding team of teachers and TAs.
Building positive relationships with students and encouraging participation.
Supporting students to overcome academic, social and emotional barriers.
Creating a safe, welcoming and positive learning environment.
Using Art and creative activities to develop confidence, independence and self-expression.
