Job Role:

  • Teaching Art to students with SEMH needs.
  • Planning and delivering engaging Art lessons for small classes.
  • Adapting Art lessons to meet the individual needs and abilities of students.
  • Working closely with an outstanding team of teachers and TAs.
  • Building positive relationships with students and encouraging participation.
  • Supporting students to overcome academic, social and emotional barriers.
  • Creating a safe, welcoming and positive learning environment.
  • Using Art and creative activities to develop confidence, independence and self-expression.
