Area Sales Manager - Scotland

Ambitious, energetic, and commercially experienced, an Area Sales Manager will require tenacity, industry knowledge and technical ability to expand and manage our clientele. You will be at the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.
Responsibilities:
Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfactionConduct research to identify new markets and customer needsArrange business meetings with prospective clientsPromote the company''s products/services addressing or predicting clients'' objectivesPrepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelinesKeep records of sales, revenue, invoices etcProvide trustworthy feedback and after-sales supportBuild long-term relationships with new and existing customersDevelop new clients into company accountsDeliver achievable and realistic forecasts to the Management TeamProvide innovative ideas and suggestions to improve the market presence
Requirements
Proven working experience as an Area Sales Manager or a similar relevant role within the Security industryMust be able to work independently and with little supervision, often working remotelyMost importantly, the successful candidate is likeable, confident, and hard-working, able to drive themselves to exceed goalsProven, successful sales track recordProficiency in MS Office and CRM softwareAbility to independently build a compliant quote using quoting softwareMust have extensive and demonstratable commercial awareness, knowledge, and abilityMarket and industry knowledgeCommunication and negotiation skillsAbility to build rapportTime management and planning skills
